S’more Sandwich Cookies feature a chocolate biscuit with a Nutella and marshmallow meringue filling. These cookies certainly make a great impression and are a favourite among the small business community.
- 350g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 400g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 300g plain flour (all-purpose)
- 80g dutch cocoa powder
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 100 g Malt biscuits
- 150g chocolate spread (or nutella)
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 eggs
