Behind the scenes of Lachlan attending the All Star Bash 2020!
On Thursday 20th of February, Lachlan our Founder attended the All Star Bash 2020; an event by Power Retail held at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne, Australia.
The All Star Bash is an industry event for suppliers and online retailers to network and celebrate the achievements of the top 500 retailers in Australia making positive impacts in the online space.
Lachlan was invited to the event by our partners Trustpilot. They specialise in brand & product reviews and allow customers to provide genuine and honest feedback. BOXXD commenced a collaboration with Trustpilot back in November 2019 and since then have had more than 115 brand reviews and over 60 product reviews allowing us to enhance our customer experience in a more positive way. Despite having a 4.9/5 trust score from Trustpilot, we are very committed to increasing our performance and have many more amazing innovations planned in the near future to make BOXXD and our relationship with our customers more incredible.

Today, we’re excited to announce that we are developing a new product range which will be launching in the next few months. It is an industry first in Australia and perhaps the world. We will be sharing more details on this in the coming few months and we know our customers that currently purchase our in-stock products will love it!
