Manufacturing on your custom order has now commenced.
In this step, your order begins manufacturing. Previously raw materials were ordered, and custom moulds were manufactured to match your design. Now begins the transformation process of turning raw materials such as virgin paper into packaging.
Products that require printing will be setup first. Care is taken to ensure the printing colours used (CMYK or Pantone) match those on the design file and previous orders.
Once the printing is complete, the item will require to be die-cut. This process involves using machinery to cut out or perferate shapes into the package. By using a custom mould made to suit the design file, we can ensure all package dimensions are made exactly the same.
